THE PROBLEM

the wildfire

It doesn't announce itself.

It is possible to believe Scripture and still be restless, disatisfied and at war with the world around us. We may attend church. We may serve faithfully. But if the Word is not actively governing our thinking, imagination, and response patterns — we becomes divided.

It isn't rebellion. It begins with dislocation: when what governs us is no longer unified.

Reactive Thinking

Thoughts are triggered, not anchored. We believe in Jesus. We may know Scripture, but we don't feel governed by it.

Situational Identity

Confident in one room, Uncertain in the next. Stable one week. Unraveled the next.

Obstructed Creative Genius

The creative intelligence God placed in you is still there. This disorienting and overstimulating world clouds it. Ideas stall. Vision shrinks.

Internal Fragility

When our internal structure is too weak to hold pressure, discipline feels threatening and correction feels like rejection.

Firestarters is not a space to express our pain or explore it. It is a disciplined environment where our experiences with the sin of this world loses authority.

Through submission to the Word, practiced obedience in the Way, and the recovery of holy wonder — women are ordered or reordered in mind, body, and spirit.

This is promise-informed formation. The promise is that when His truth governs consistently, the internal division that exhausts driven women is replaced by alignment, clarity, and creative fire.

What you will experience as you join move through: a mind that stays, creativity that flows without striving, emotion that serves truth instead of ruling it, and wonder that is steady — not explosive.

God created each of us with the amazing ability to warm, illuminate and nurture. Unchecked, unheard and undisciplined, we also are capable of destruction of ourselves and everything we hold dear. So how can we ensure we are walking in step with our heavenly Father? He wants to be the glory in us. He wants you to be freed in how He created you to fulfill you and reflect Jesus everywhere. You are His beautiful Firestarter.

FUNCTION: PERCEPTION

First, we learn the discipline of seeing accurately- through recognizing what God has already created and secured in His promises.

"And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise." - Philippians 4:8

Develop

We submit habits, thoughts and the posture of our lives to His formation. We are not striving to change outcomes. We are yielding to His direction and transformation in us and around us.

FUNCTION: FORMATION

"Don’t copy the behavior and customs of this world, but let God transform you into a new person by changing the way you think. Then you will learn to know God’s will for you, which is good and pleasing and perfect." - Romans 12:2

We become fully and obediently submitted to His work in us which allows His work to move through us- fulfilling us as we impact the world around us.
